Since many of you guys are asking how to fix this i think i should make a post on how you can fix this with grub2win & some extra grub codes. It awakens once a minute to complain there is no signal and then turns off. If you have an external monitor / TV connected to your Phoenix os Darkmatter you might have faced this cropped screen issue. In Grub file copy and paste: videoLVDS-1:d video1920x1080 Make sure in your grub file you push enter after the resolution of your external monitor above. Settings in phoenix os: Go to settings, then display and choose the native resolution of your laptop if you are using one. I agree that this is not a problem with the display, as this happens both with my LG and Dell displays. I have all notifications turned off and have set Do Not Disturb set while the display is sleeping as well. Turn the display off also cuts off power for charging the MBP.
